Never heard of a place where you had to wait on line after you already called in an order for pick up?! That defeats the purpose of a pick up order!!!!!! Second time there and second time dissatisfied. Not to mention the staff is not very welcoming at all!

Some of the best bagels around, always servive with a smile and on the ball no matter how busy they are.

Best fresh bagels

Absolutely obsessed with this place! Won't go anywhere else even if there is a long line wraping around and calling in. The staff are amazang and crazy upbeat for how busy and demanding everyone is in the morning by the time they reach their turn but its totally worth it! Every sandwhich made is delicous and mouth watering!

First time having a hero here , !!!! Excellent, could barely eat one side. Will order again next time. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

If youre using google to find a great bagel joint this is the place. They make em in the back. Been going there since 2001. Prepare for lines on sat. Sun.

I’ve been going to Blvd bagels for 2 years now. Food is good but service needs much improvement. You’re forced to wait on the order line even when you call in your orders for pick up then wait on the cashier line. Yet no one tells you this, you’re just left to figure it out. I recommend for the staff to be more vocal helping their customers as the system now is disorganized.

Bagels are amazing & worth the wait. I just wish they had a better system for pick-up orders. Always have to wait on the line & our wraps wind up being cold. We order the same every week and have paid a different amount every time. 😔

I just ate a chef salad.. .From top to bottom (which was never ending ..the bowl is deep) was fresh and very good. .crispy lettuce. ..decent amount of cold cuts wrapped up..I was very satisfied ..

Nesconset native and this is the only bagel shop I buy from. Excellent selection, great egg sandwiches, fast service, and the best bagels anywhere make this my #1 pick.

Good sandwich and coffee..big blueberry muffins it’s really nice if I can bring it back home to Arizona ..I think this side of the country has a good deli’s👌🤗

Bagels were hard not fresh

Best bagels I have ever had. They didn't freeze well for me as they become super chewy and hurt my jaw but that's just me not knowing how to bulk freeze and thaw food.

Great food, terrible service. Can’t go after 8AM if want an egg sandwich, you will wait 30+ minutes because they can’t handle a line of more than 4+ people. Management doesn’t seem to care & probably will never change. They’ll also handle your cash/card and then go finish making your food.. GROSS

Writing this after my 3rd problem with this place. The morning staff is great and quick and the selection is good but the first time going here I got a sandwich to go on what seemed to be a very quiet afternoon. The young boys had no interest that I was even there and I had to step forward to place my order.The sandwich was the opposite of what I ordered. Wrong meat, wrong cheese, no dressing that I asked for. Second time and third time was this morning and last week. Same thing happened TWICE- I asked simply for eggs, spinach, spinach, hot sauce on ww wrap. The lady was kind and quick but it was clearly quick because they made me extremely undercooked eggs with a lot of hot sauce, no spinach, no cheese what so ever. Not going back, way too many places that can actually get orders right.

Hard, stale roll. And a dollar more for a rainbow bagel....bagels that are more than likely for your child. Nice.

Yummy NY bagels! Chewy, tasty real bagels! Brought some home to Texas, as there are not any real bagels here. Running out soon, oh no!!

Ordered egg whites/provolone/spinach on the everything bagel..... WOW!!!! Sandwich was fantastic, the service was even better ❤ Would definitely be returning 😉

One of the best bagel spots on long island

A nice place to get bagels. They were conscious of customer safety for Covid. Only 5 people in the store at a time. Social distance in and out.The bagels were hot and fresh, crispy. I ordered my usual everything with butter. Thr bagel was delicious however, a bit on the lopsided, uneven in shape. It still tasted great though!

The wait time can be crazy. I've called in orders and usually able to just pick them up at the front. The last time they made me wait in line where everyone was placing orders and the food was cold by the time I got it. Pick up orders should be a different line.

Best bagels we've found since we moved out here. Staff is nice and they serve both home fries AND hash browns!!!

If you want to wait 20 minutes for an egg sandwich this is the spot. There could be 2 people in line or a line out the door and you will still be waiting for a long time. Food is good, service is not. Staff is laxidazical & there is no urgency to get orders done quickly.
